Thanks for showing interest in knowing more about me.
I started this blog basically to improve my articulation skills. I have done Bachelor of Technology degree as an undergraduate from MNIT, Jaipur. I was born in Guwahati, Assam, a north-eastern state of India. However, I was raised in six different cities which are Guwahati, Trivandrum, Ranchi, Hyderabad, Neemuch, and Jaipur. Jaipur is where I completed my Engineering.
I have just joined McGill University. But I could already feel the enormous amount of learning opportunity it has to offer to me. It has state of the art resources and great funding opportunities as well.
My college life at MNIT, Jaipur has been the most enriching part of my life so far ( I hope this changes to McGill University in near future). It has shaped me in wonderful ways, both professionally and personally. I am extremely fortunate to have found the company of incredibly incredible people throughout my undergraduate. I have learned a lot from them. I was also fortunate to be a part of team Zine, which gave me a technical platform as well as some very close friends.
I am a big admirer of Aaron Swartz and Elon Musk and I deeply admire their work. I am even a bigger fan of Virat Kohli. I would be very happy if I can be even a fraction passionate, hard-working, go-getter, and mentally strong as he is.
Besides being a nerd, playing cricket is where I spent most of my time so far. I used to play cricket quite regularly until the end of my undergraduate. My team at MNIT has won the major cricket tournament of the college two years running. These are definitely two of my most cherishable moments so far. I also love cycling and trekking. Lately, I have started reading books and writing on a regular basis. Elon Musk: Tesla, SpaceX, and the Quest for a Fantastic Future byAshlee Vance being the latest book I read.
I thank you for taking the time to read more about me, rather than investing time in more tempting things out there. I hope your pursuit to know about me has been worth it. Do keep visiting my blog.
